We aim to help participants become safe, confident, and competent in the water.
What makes us different
Active Swim started in 2010. The inception of the swim school came from our Managing Director when teaching elsewhere. He experienced swimmers being bored and lacking in creativity. We started with one swimmer, and now we produce one of the largest number of people learning to swim in Hertfordshire. We now run lessons up to seven days a week and across several sites.
At Active Swim, we strive to make teaching and learning enjoyable through fun based approaches, being creative and accessible to all, especially future generations, while fostering growth and development in all aspects of life. Our teaching staff are highly experienced and we adopt a range of national and international and approaches in teaching methods.
