Teaching Programmes

At Active Swim School swimming lessons start at 30 minutes and then extend to 45 minutes or 1 hour all depending on the pupil's age, swimming ability and technique.

As an affiliate to ASA (Amateur Swim Association) our programme is designed in accordance with the National Curriculum to meet the highest standard.

In addition we at Active Swim School strongly believe that no time should be spent by the pupil on the pool-side. That is why 95% of our lessons are spent swimming and only 5% is used for feedback and instructions.
